My husband are considering moving to the country of our second language to help solidify the language in our four year old and two year old. We are trying to determine the minimum amount of time we should stay to create lifelong speaking ability (they already understand the second language) and what ages are “too late”? I dont know how to find a specialist to help us. Appreciate your comments.
