Tailored System

I am a working mother, I have 2 kids (1.5 years and 5.5 years). The family’s native language is Arabic, the whole society speaks Arabic.

My English language is very good and I want to teach it to my children. but, as I am a working mother I  don’t have enough time for this, I work from 7 a.m. till 5 p.m. I can only be with my kids for 3 or 4 hours a day before they go to sleep (this time spent on house chores, cooking, feeding, teaching, etc.) and even if I am with my kids my priority is to teach them important things other than English language.
I want to teach them English but I might allocate only half an hour for it each day (half an hour of interaction during their play or feeding or talking) , would this work??
Can you advise me of other systems that might work?

Please note that there is no body in the family that can teach or practice English with the children other than me.

Many thanks.
